Leading the Field Team
Pay:
$20.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday – Saturday, early morning starts
Location:
Philadelphia region & Mid-Atlantic
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial box truck safely through residential neighborhoods and navigate complex delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections including tires, brakes, lights, fluid levels, and load security verification
- Direct crew performance throughout shift, ensuring Builder and Scanner maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Serve as primary communication link between field operations and Operations Manager for status updates, delays, and issue resolution
- Complete end-of-day reporting including container counts, mileage logs, and incident documentation
- Interact professionally with homeowners when delivery questions or concerns arise
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUI within 10 years, fewer than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial vehicle operation experience
- Leadership ability under time pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Daily Target: 650+ containers delivered
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL Class B or higher
- 2+ years delivery or distribution experience
- Waste management or environmental services background
- Mid-Atlantic regional familiarity
- Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities

Physical Logistics Specialist
Pay:
$18.50/hour

Schedule:
Monday – Saturday, early morning starts

Philadelphia region & Mid-Atlantic
Responsibilities
- Yard Operations: Load containers onto truck using forklift or hand-loading; Organize in delivery sequence; Secure loads to prevent shifting
- Route Execution: Unload and transport containers from truck to delivery locations; Assemble multi-part containers when required
- Placement: Place containers per customer specifications and collect damaged containers for reverse logistics
- Workspace: Maintain organized truck bed between stops and report any defective parts
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Endurance for sustained labor in all weather conditions
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Team coordination skills
- Must pass background check

Quality Control & Documentation

- Quality Control: Verify no cracks, correct type, functional wheels/lid, and clean condition for every container
- Documentation: Scan barcodes at yard receiving and delivery; Capture GPS timestamps and delivery photos
- Verification: Flag and document defective containers; Confirm serial numbers match manifest
- Communication: Record access issues or special instructions; Collect customer signatures when required
Requirements
- Smartphone and handheld scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail for defect identification
- Professional customer service skills
- Ability to maintain documentation accuracy under time pressure
- Must pass background check
